SS Infinitus is Indore's premium and most sought after township with distinctive products in its kitty like two homes and Luxury Villas. An annual event named 'Kids Premier league' was conceptualized and ran for almost two months.
- Objective: Real estate business is on its all time low state. The expectation was to build an activity that gives different dimension to the square feet selling.
- TG: The class that can afford a house of worth 60lac+
- Hurdles: Breaking a proven path of mainline advertising and concentrating on a single event was not an easy to take decision. The challenge was to bring entire focus on event.
- Marketing Strategy: A comprehensive PR was the main agenda. The event was kicked off on the retirement day of Sachin Tendulkar. We organized banyan Tree plantation activity in the name of Sachin Infinitus Tree and draw 3D Rangoli. That attracted national media and gave the event a big hype.
- Media Mix: The mail tool was PR. Some help of print, radio, outdoor was also taken to convey the development of the league and make little ones big star in the city.
- Results: The results were magical. The township witnessed a great foot fall of heavy pockets during the event. The sale raised even in such a dull period.
