Red Maple Mashal hotel got refurbished and came with a new vision.
Objective: Situated at most scenic location, the main objective was to establish hotel as a differentiator in Indore.
TG: Youth and elite groups of Indore.
Hurdles: The hotel is far situated. The key problem was to convince people to come down to this location and convince them with new identity.
Marketing Strategy: With a small marketing budget, there were limited chances to reposition the hotel. The hotel then marketed as Indore's only cocktail party joint. That attracted youth customer and others as well.
Media Mix: Mainly newspapers, radio and outdoor were considered as promotional medium.
Results: The hotel now enjoys its own space. It has become hot destination for high profile marriages and cocktail party locations. Corporate Meetings is adding another business dimension for the hotel.
